This recipe is the ultimate transition snack, blending the crisp freshness of summer apples with the cozy, maple-drenched warmth of fall. It’s a sophisticated addition to any snack board that highlights the "no seed oil" purity of Jöey’s.

Ingredients

  • Base: Jöey’s Nordic Seed Crisps

  • Creamy: 1 wheel of Triple Cream Brie (sliced into wedges or small rounds)

  • Fruit: 1 Honeycrisp or Granny Smith apple (thinly sliced)

  • Sweet: 2–3 tbsp Pure Canadian maple syrup

  • Garnish: A sprinkle of cinnamon or fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep the Apples

Core and thinly slice your apple. To keep them looking fresh and "spotlight-ready," you can toss the slices in a tiny bit of lemon juice to prevent browning.

2. Soften the Brie

For the ultimate "creamy" experience, let your Brie sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before assembling. If you prefer it gooey, you can briefly warm the Brie slices in a toaster oven for 30 seconds until they just begin to melt.

3. Build the Foundation
